Minerva-AS offers the MASE App in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Minerva-AS GmbH, Justus-von-Liebig-Straße 2-14, 85435 Erding, Germany, provides customers with an app with various mobility services ("App") under the
name "MASE App" in accordance with
and these General Terms and Conditions of Business and Use.

By using the app, you agree to these terms of use
and the privacy policy.

Content and availability of the app

MASE App is an app for managing your Minerva airbag system from Minerva-AS.

The use of all services and functions of the app requires the functional readiness and
operational readiness of your mobile device as well as the required mobile network for your
mobile device.

Disruptions to the app services may arise for reasons of force majeure, including strikes,
lockouts and official orders, as well as due to other technical and
measures that are required on the network operator's systems to ensure proper
operation or to improve the services (e.g. maintenance, system-related
software updates, extensions). Disruptions to the app services may also result from
short-term capacity bottlenecks due to peak loads on the app services or from
disruptions in the area of third-party telecommunications systems. Minerva-AS shall make every
reasonable effort to eliminate such disruptions immediately
or to work towards their elimination.

The customer can notify Minerva-AS Customer Care of faults within
of the MASE app by email or telephone. Contact details can be found in the data protection information.

Changing and canceling the app

Minerva-AS reserves the right to modify the scope of services of the app insofar as this modification is reasonable for the customer
with regard to the overall scope of the app. In the event of a
further modification of the scope of services of the app, the customer will be informed of this within the
app.

The customer may terminate the use of the app at any time by deleting the app from the mobile device
. Minerva-AS reserves the right to discontinue the offer of the app subject to a notice period
of six weeks.

Login

You can create a login in the app. As soon as you have created a login,
you can use the app with all its functions.

Data usage fees

The app requires the use of wireless or mobile data access for your mobile device
. You are responsible for setting up and having the required
data access. The provider of your data access for your mobile device may charge you
fees for data usage in connection with the use
of the App. You are responsible for these fees for data usage via your mobile device.

Data protection information

By using the app, you also agree to our privacy policy

Liability

Minerva-AS accepts no liability for the accuracy and currency of the data and information transmitted via the
services. This also applies to the consequences of disruptions,
interruptions and functional limitations of the app.

. Minerva-AS may, at its own discretion, determine when use of the app is to be deemed
impermissible or unauthorized. Minerva-AS may take appropriate measures in the event of unauthorized use
of this app, including blocking users.

Copyright and trademark:

Minerva-AS owns the copyright to all material and information contained in
this app, unless otherwise stated. This app and
all materials and information contained therein are for informational purposes only and
are subject to all applicable German and international copyright laws.

Any duplication, retransmission or other use is strictly prohibited, unless
permitted by law. In particular, you may not use
's materials for
commercial purposes, in whole or in part, without the written permission of Minerva-AS.

Minerva-AS is the owner of all intellectual property rights to the content of this app and
reserves the right to take legal action for infringement of the intellectual property rights of
. You are not granted a license to use the Minerva-AS
trademarks.

Miscellaneous

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all claims arising from the business relationship with
merchants is Erding.

The same place of jurisdiction shall apply if the customer does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany
, moves his domicile or usual place of residence out of Germany
after conclusion of the contract or if his domicile or usual place of residence is not known.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with this contractual relationship shall be governed by
German law to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This choice of law shall only apply to the extent that
this does not result in the withdrawal of mandatory applicable consumer protection provisions of the country
in which the consumer has his habitual residence at the time of his order
.

Compliance

The owner of the app is based in Germany. Minerva-AS makes no representation that the
App is appropriate or available for use in other locations.
If you access the App from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with
local laws. By downloading the App, you warrant that you
are not located in or exporting this software to any person or country
that is subject to a goods embargo in Germany.

Reservation due to local legislation:

Although it may be possible to access this app and its content worldwide, the
agreement on the use of the app is void if the use of the app is prohibited under local law
. Access to the app from territories in which its content is considered inadmissible
or illegal is prohibited.

Amendment of these Terms of Use:

The current version of these Terms of Use can be viewed in the settings of the MASE app
. Minerva-AS reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time
