  • Does the airbag always deploy reliably?

    Our airbag systems recognize typical fall patterns with a high degree of reliability. In rare cases - e.g. jumps, tricks or atypical movement patterns - there may be false deployments or, under certain circumstances, no deployment in the event of a fall. It is not technically possible to guarantee 100% detection/release reliability.

  • Does the airbag need to be checked annually?

    No, the backpack does not need to be serviced annually. Even after a deployment, the airbag fabric can be checked independently for damage and does not need to be sent in for maintenance. Smaller holes do not restrict the protective function.

  • Is the airbag reusable?

    Yes, the system is completely reusable. As the end user, you can insert a new inflator and refold the airbag yourself. Simply follow our video instructions. Then you can continue your ride.
