As customer feedback is very important to us, we have combined the preferred shoulder protection of the AirCruise with the AirTour to create the AirRide. From now on, helmet wearers can look forward to improved and more comprehensive protection in the shoulder area.
Protection
In the event of an accident, the integrated face airbag protects the face, in particular the cheekbones, the cervical spine, the collarbones and parts of the upper body. This model in particular covers the shoulders thanks to the lateral airbag section. The inflated airbag is plump and prevents more serious injuries such as whiplash or a broken neck, as the airbag encloses and secures your neck without injuring you.
Compared to the AirTour, the AirRide has a smaller neck brace. This allows you to wear a full-face helmet.
A TÜV-certified, particularly lightweight back protector(protection level 1) is also integrated into every model to provide additional protection for the spine in the event of a fall.
You can achieve optimum protection by wearing the AirRide in combination with a bicycle helmet. While the AirCruise is recommended for habitual non-helmet wearers, the AirRide and AirTour are a supplement to the helmet.

Key data
The AirRide impresses with its light weight of only 1200 grams, to which a replaceable inflator is added. Particularly remarkable is the lightning-fast inflation time of just 150 milliseconds, which can be crucial in emergencies. The AirRide's sensors measure the position, acceleration and movements of the cyclist 300 times per second. A specially developed algorithm continuously analyzes this data and detects potential falls. In the event of an accident, the airbag is triggered automatically, providing effective protection against injury.
With a long battery life of 30 hours, the AirRide remains reliably ready for use even on longer tours.
Sustainability
The AirRide is not only safe and comfortable, but also sustainable! To ensure that you can hold a long-lasting product in your hands, it is particularly important to us to develop reusable products. You can fold the airbag back in at any time, simply close the zippers again after it has burst open and replace the deployed inflator with a new one. We also source almost all of the individual components regionally and manufacture the bicycle airbag backpacks in our production facility in Erdingen.

Hello, I have already tried out the "New: AirRide". On my third ride, I had a real crash. I hit a deer in front of the bike at 30 km/h and went down. Unfortunately, I still have a direct comparison, as I had practically the same crash three months earlier, but this time it turned out better. Only abrasions this time. There were no upper body bruises and this time the helmet didn't touch the ground. I am now an even more convinced airbag wearer. By the way, the service, including the friendly contact, is great. The reusability is exactly as described. Conclusion: Buy!!! and spread the word!

After owning a bicycle airbag for almost a year and a half, it's time to give some feedback on airbags and MASE.
After a rather serious bicycle accident about 3 years ago, I was inspired by a newspaper article and found the bicycle airbag I was looking for at MASE in Erding; since I've had the small rucksack on my back when cycling, I've ridden much more safely, even if such an accident leaves its psychological mark. I'm very sorry to see how much physical and psychological damage could have been avoided with a bicycle airbag - especially the fatal accidents in the professional sector. although I haven't had a fall since my accident, I always feel very safe with my airbag and can definitely advise every cyclist to buy a bicycle airbag.

The Mase Airride airbag has been a faithful companion on my rides to work and in my free time on my pedelec for over a month now. The backpack is very light, comfortable and barely noticeable. I only had to charge the battery after more than 600 km. I would especially like to mention the great customer service. Simply TOP!

I've been using the MASE Airding bicycle airbag every day for over 4 months now - and I'm absolutely delighted! It combines stylish design with a simple, everyday look that is perfect for the commute to work or through the city.
As I ride my bike almost every day in a big city, safety is particularly important to me. After a lot of research and on personal recommendation, I came across the MASE Airding from Erding - and in combination with the right helmet, I now feel much safer and more protected.
The assembly with the inflator was also surprisingly easy - even for me as a technical layman. However, you should allow around 30 minutes to set everything up perfectly.
A personal highlight: the airbag is reusable and can therefore be used for a lifetime - a big advantage over previous airbags for bikes. I have also not yet had to recharge the battery, despite using it almost every day.
Fortunately, I have not yet experienced an emergency...but if you want to see for yourself how the airbag works, you should google Kai Pflaume and airbag - the well-known presenter has already impressively demonstrated how much protection this airbag can offer in a dangerous fall.
