If the airbag has deployed and possibly even spared you from more serious injuries, you can either replace the inflator yourself and fold the airbag up again or you can send your bike airbag backpack to us and we will replace it in conjunction with a comprehensive system check.

• Replacing the inflator
• Checking the airbag for airtightness
• Checking all backpack components
• Folding and packing the airbag
• Update the software (if necessary)
• Dispatch to the customer
